Daily habits for a healthy life

My biggest problem was the lack of sleep. My schedule was a mess, the quality of my sleep wasn’t good, and I couldn’t live without caffeine. We don’t really know how important our sleep is until something really bad happens. I needed to fix this problem or I knew I would have to pay the price. I’m glad I made the decision to work with Mona. With a few well-chosen and little changes in my habits and mindset, and different tools and techniques we worked on, I managed to get my sleep back little by little. I feel great! Thank you!

It has been an amazing journey for me. The follow-up sessions with all the tools, tips, and tricks that Mona gave me, made a huge difference. Her service was totally customized to my progress and objectives, and I appreciated that. Thanks to the sessions with her, I managed to solve the troubles I had been struggling with for years. It’s crazy how a few little changes can have a huge impact on your life. I am way more energized, more relaxed, and in a great mood way more often than before.

I never really managed to keep up with my new year’s resolutions, and this was very frustrating. Mona has quite a lot of knowledge on the psychology of habit, and that was key to maintaining the changes as a lifestyle, not just punctually. During our weekly sessions, she would help me spot the hindrances, find solutions, and alternatives to adjust the habits, and maintain them in the long run. I definitely feel a difference in my energy levels. I finally managed to upgrade my health as I always wanted to and it feels good!

Thumbs up for this methodology. Mona has a 360° approach and that is what makes the difference. From there we pinpointed the areas we could work on. She helped me select the ones that were going to have the biggest impact on my health and well-being. We then settled baby steps to work on, every week, and from there magic happened! The habits I implemented with her are still now part of my daily routine, and I do them naturally. Yes, she helped me attain a better version of myself, so I totally recommend her.
I did my sessions with Mona during a very complicated period for me. I had a lot of stress at work and was struggling with my anxiety. She helped me re-focus on myself. This wasn’t an easy task at the beginning. But today, I feel better, more serene in my life and my choices. Thank you Mona, your good mood and your smile are contagious. I always felt confident and secure with you, because you were kind and considerate. I don’t think I would have opened up so much if the feeling wasn’t that good. It really helped a lot.
